Introducing myself: I'm Steve Lester, sculptor.

After taking the 5-day Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain course in January 1989, I knew that my sculpture students needed this training in order to get the most out of what I had to show them. It enables them to SEE, to Perceive Masses in Space. So I went to Long Beach, California, and was trained and certified by Betty Edwards herself to teach Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain. Since then, it has helped my sculpture students enormously. I have taught the course either alone or followed by ice or clay sculpture, in Alaska, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, and Russia.

In addition to teaching drawing & sculpture, I participate in sculpture competitions and symposia in various places in Europe and Asia.
